Terms & Conditions:
Before filing a
Best Price
Guarantee claim, you must
have booked a package on
reservevacations.com that displays
the
Best Price Guarantee and
received a valid reservation
confirmation number from us. You
must submit the claim that you found
a lower rate on another website by
sending us an email at
customerservice@reservevacations.com
within 48 hours of your original
reservation. We must be able to
verify the lower rate on the other
website. The lower rate on the other
website must be for the same hotel,
same room type, same number of
guests, same dates, same theme park
tickets, in the same currency (US
Dollars), and must be publicly
viewable (i.e., the general public
must be able to view the rate on the
website) and book it (i.e., the rate
is currently available and can be
reserved online) via the Internet.
Reservevacations.com must be able to
verify to our satisfaction, that
your claim meets all conditions of
our Best Price Guarantee
program and these Terms and
Conditions, and that it has been
submitted properly. For purposes of
our Best Package Price
Guarantee program, our
package price includes the room and
all gifts and services listed.
Provided you meet all of the
conditions herein, we will honor the
lower package price found on the
other website. No price adjustment
will be processed for any
reservation for which payment in
full is not received.
The terms of our Best Price
Guarantee program do not
apply to the following rates or
offers which may be found on another
website. Only offers found on US
based websites will apply. Any
special rates that are available
only to members of special programs
or membership clubs, rates available
to those required to login into a
site and provide a
password, corporate rates, special
event rates, convention/group rates,
wholesale rates, affinity/
association/government rates, rates
that require coupon/certificate
redemption, rates that are part of a
travel package, or bundle which
includes more than hotel
accommodations, such as parking,
meals, entertainment, etc. Package
rates offered without the specific
hotel and location being disclosed
until the consumer completes the
booking process or any other special
or promotional offers or discounts.
Offer void where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify,
alter, suspend, or terminate our
Best Price Guarantee
program at any time without prior
notice at our sole discretion. We
reserve the right in our sole
discretion to disqualify any
individual or entity found to be
tampering with our Best
Price Guarantee process or
operation of the program, or to be
acting in violation of these Terms
and Conditions, or in a fraudulent,
disruptive, or deceptive manner. Any
claim that is determined to be
incomplete, inaccurate, or is
otherwise determined to be
fraudulent, disruptive, or
deceptive, in our sole discretion,
will not be honored and will be
disqualified and denied
automatically without further
communication with consumer.
No cash or other substitution,
transfer or assignment of a
Best Price Gaurantee rate
will be permitted.
