Golf Colony Resort is formerly Deer Track Golf Resort and offers a large townhouse / condominium experience close to golf, beaches, shopping and all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The 2 bedroom condo / townhouse accommodations are spacious and comfortable and allow for plenty of free parking. From North Myrtle Beach: Take HWY 17 South, (you will pass House of Blues and the Alabama Theater on the right). Stay straight and bare to the right to continue on Hwy. 17 South ByPass (Dixie Stampede will be on your left, and you have just entered Myrtle Beach. Continue on Hwy. 17S ByPass approximately 15 miles (Planet Hollywood, Broadway at the Beach are on your left, Coastal Grand Mall is on your left, Lowe’s will be on your right (you just entered Surfside Beach), and when you see Indian Wells Golf Course and National Health Care Nursing Facility on your left you are almost there. You will continue traveling south approximately 2.5 miles. You will pass Waccamaw Community Hospital and after the next light you will see Woodside Village Shopping Center. Festiva Resorts Welcome Center is next to Radio Shack
