The Wild Wing Resort is located in Conway, SC but it’s only one mile from the Myrtle Beach city limits. The Resort is 11 miles from the Ocean Blvd beaches and 10 miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport off 501West. Just a short drive down 501 to the Hard Rock Park, Medieval Times, Broadway at the Beach and the Tanger Outlet Mall. If you enjoy golf then you will enjoy Wild Wing Resort. This resort was built for the golf enthusiast, the property sits on three 18-hole championship golf courses, The Avocet, The Wood Stork and The Falcon and has an extra 9-hole course called the Hummingbird. Follow Route 38 for approx 7 miles to Route 501. Take Route 501 towards Myrtle Beach/ Conway. Once you pass through the town of Conway you will go over a bridge, you will pass the power plant on the left and the water on the right. Look for the Best Western on the right. Go approximately 1/2 mile and you will see the Welcome Center on the right. It is the peach colored building underneath the large red and yellow billboard that says “Myrtle Beach Tourism and Welcome Center”. We are the 3rd building past Aamco Transmission. DIRECTIONS FROM I-95 SOUTH: Take I-95 to Myrtle Beach Exit #170. At the 2nd stoplight turn left. You will see the Myrtle Beach sign there. This will put you on Hwy 301 North and US 76 East. If you stay on this road it will become Hwy 501 South. Follow this route all the way to Conway / Myrtle Beach. Continue on Hwy 17 through Pawleys Island, Litchfield, and Murrells Inlet. Stay to the left on Hwy 17 Bypass for approx 5 miles. Get into your right lane and take the Hwy 544 exit. Turn left at stop light towards Conway. Go approx 10 miles. Stay to the right and take the ramp to get on Edward E Burroughs Hwy 501 North. Go approximately 1 mile and look for the peach colored building on the left. It is just past Howser’s Home Center and underneath the large red and yellow billboard that says “Myrtle Beach Tourism and Welcome Center”. DIRECTIONS FROM WILMINGTON: Take Hwy 17 South through Calabash, Little River. When you reach Little River, look for the exit on your right for Hwy 9 towards Myrtle Beach (SC 31) / Georgetown. Take the exit and travel approx 2 miles and look for the exit on your right for Carolina Bays Parkways (SC-31) towards Georgetown. Take the exit and stay on this road for approx 20 miles. Look for the exit on your right for Hwy 501 North towards Conway. Take the exit and stay on Hwy 501 for approx 7 miles. When you pass Horry Georgetown Technical College and Coastal Carolina University get in the left lane. The road will fork and you will need to stay on the left side. You will soon pass a Hess Service Station on the right. Go approximately 1 mile and look for the peach colored building on the left. Eastbound Traffic: From Charlotte, take Route 74 to Monroe, then to Route 601, to Pageland, then take 151 through McBee and Darlington. In Florence, get on I-95 N and take exit 170. Get on Hwy 327 to Hwy 76 to Marion then get on 501 south towards Conway. At Conway on 501 look for Wild Wing Plantation approximately two miles past Horry/Georgetown Technical College on the left.
