discounted vacation package pricing
from vacation ownership companies
(called developers) who are willing
to offer you severely discounted
resort vacations and gifts, in
exchange for attending their
exciting 90-120 minute resort
preview tour designed to be fun and
informative. You are under NO
Obligation to purchase anything and
there are no hidden fees. It’s just
that simple.
What is the cancellation policy if I
need to cancel?
Reservations may be cancelled
but are subject to fees and
penalties. These fees and
penalties are based on the date
the reservation was made and/or
the date of your cancellation
request.
If you need to cancel your
reservation, you must cancel
within 24 hours of the
date and time you made your
reservation and we will be glad
to assist you with
no cancellation fee,
unless the reservation is being
made within 72 hours / (3 Days)
of the arrival date a cancel fee
will be charged. For
cancellations made 24 to 72
hours after the reservation, a
$40 cancellation fee will
be charged. For cancellations
made after the 72 hours are
nonrefundable, but are
transferable and reusable for
any other package on our site.
If you cancel your reservation
within 72 hours / (3 days)
of the arrival date you
will be charged the standard
$40.00 cancel fee plus an
additional fee of 1 night’s room
charge at the additional
night room rate. The remaining
balance of your trip cost will
be can be used for a future
vacation with us.
We can process cancellations
during normal business hours
Mon-Fri 9am-9pm , Sat and Sun
9am-5pm EST and you must call
our call center at
1-800-284-1581. You will
be emailed a cancellation
confirmation that you must
retain for your records and for
any future inquiries. Emails and
voicemails are not acceptable
forms of cancellation and will
not be processed without a phone
call from you.
PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will
be given for no-shows, early
checkouts or unused nights.
Online Reservation Processing
Upon booking your reservation
using Reserve Vacations.com’s
online system will charge you
credit card $40 as a deposit.
Reserve Vacation’s.com will then
contact you via phone to confirm
your eligibility for this
promotional package.
If we are unable to contact you
after 48 hours we will charge
the remainder of the package to
your credit card. If it is
determined that the information
given during the online booking
process was fraudulent Reserve
Vacations.com Inc may charge
an additional penalty up to the
full package price.
What am I agreeing to when I
purchase a vacation package?
Before you go ahead and book your
vacation, it’s expected that you
meet all the qualifications for
attending the Resort Preview Tour.
Each developer has different
requirements for qualification, so
please read the details carefully.
Once you arrive at the resort, you
are required to attend a 90-120
minute resort preview tour designed
to be fun and informative about the
resort with the idea of learning
more about the advantages of
vacation ownership. You are under
NO Obligation to purchase or join
anything during the
presentation. After that, you are
expected to experience and enjoy the
resort and make the most of your
vacation. Both Reserve Vacations.com
and the individual developers want
you to have a great vacation.

purchase anything else?

You ARE NOT obligated to buy, rent or join anything else. The
resorts just want the opportunity to
give you their presentation; they
don’t want to disrupt your vacation.
Why am I being asked questions about
my income?
The Resort Developer requires
specific qualifications in order to
to receive the significant savings
on your luxury vacation. One of
these requirements is annual
