How can these vacation packages be so cheap?
Reserve Vacations.com has negotiated discounted vacation package pricing from vacation ownership companies (called developers) who are willing to offer you severely discounted resort vacations and gifts, in exchange for attending their exciting 90-120 minute resort preview tour designed to be fun and informative. You are under NO Obligation to purchase anything and there are no hidden fees. It’s just that simple.

What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must cancel within 48 hours of the date and time you made your reservation and we will be glad to assist you with no cancellation fee, unless the reservation is being made within 72 hours / (3 Days) of the arrival date a cancel fee will be charged. For cancellations made after the 48 hour grace period, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged and the balance of your trip cost will be credited back to you within 7 days.

If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours / (3 days) of the arrival date you will be charged the standard $40.00 cancel fee plus an additional fee of 1 night’s room charge at the additional night room rate. The remaining balance of your trip cost will be credited back to you within 7 days.

We can process cancellations during normal business hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat and Sun 9am-5pm EST and you must call our call center at 1-800-284-1581. You will be given a cancellation number and emailed a cancellation confirmation that you must retain for your records and for any future inquiries. Emails and voicemails are not acceptable forms of cancellation and will not be processed without a phone call from you.

PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights.

What am I agreeing to when I purchase a vacation package?

Before you go ahead and book your vacation, it’s expected that you meet all the qualifications for attending the Resort Preview Tour. Each developer has different requirements for qualification, so please read the details carefully. Once you arrive at the resort, you are required to attend a 90-120 minute resort preview tour designed to be fun and informative about the resort with the idea of learning more about the advantages of vacation ownership. You are under NO Obligation to purchase or join anything during the presentation. After that, you are expected to experience and enjoy the resort and make the most of your vacation. Both Reserve Vacations.com and the individual developers want you to have a great vacation.  

Really? I’m not obligated to purchase anything else?

NO! You ARE NOT obligated to buy, rent or join anything else. The
resorts just want the opportunity to give you their presentation; they
don’t want to disrupt your vacation. Developers realize that it’s a
one-time-only opportunity to earn your business.   

Why am I being asked questions about my income?

The Resort Developer requires specific qualifications in order to to receive the significant savings on your luxury vacation. One of these requirements is annual combined household income.  

How many people can travel with these packages?
In most cases, the resort will provide you with a room that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18. However, Reserve Vacations.com sells different packages from different resorts, so there is no standard room requirement, most resort accommodations sleep 4 comfortably.  

Can groups book these vacation packages?
No, Reserve Vacations.com is not able to offer these packages to groups of people traveling together. Tour groups and multiple families traveling together

How much time will I have to spend touring the resort?
You can expect the entire resort preview to take approximately 90-120 minutes. Most times the presentation is given in a room dedicated to this purpose, so you can expect it to be comfortable and the presentation to run smoothly. Many times the host resort will even provide drinks and snacks for your comfort. The presentation usually includes a tour of the resort and its facilities.  

What happens after I book my vacation online?
You will receive an email confirmation with all of your vacation details immediately after booking with Reserve Vacations.com. When your vacation time approaches (about a week before your scheduled arrival) you will receive another reminder of your vacation including driving directions, check-in time and other details.  

Is my credit card transaction secure?
Yes, your transaction is 100% safe. All transactions are processed at a secure site with more than 128 bit encryption used for transmitting data. However, if for any reason you are not comfortable with transmitting your credit card information through the internet, you may purchase your vacation package through our customer service agents 7 days a week, 8am-5pm EST at 1-800-284-1581.

Will my credit card be charged at the time of reservation?
Yes, your credit card will be charged immediately by Reserve Vacations.com for the vacation package you have selected. You will receive a confirmation email immediately, so print it and bring it with you to the resort.  Upon arrival, some resorts will also ask that you allow them to put a temporary holding charge on your card. This is done for the following reasons:

1.     You are potentially going to purchase a very valuable asset from the resorts, so they want the chance to make sure that your name, address and other information is correct. The developers need to make sure that your identity and personal information is correct.

2.      In some cases a credit card is collected so you have the privilege of charging additional services and incidental charges to your guest room.  You will be required to pay for any additional resort charges upon departure.

What happens in the event that I cannot make my scheduled arrival date?
We know that from time to time plans change and you need to modify your travel plans.  Reserve Vacations.com offers you a flexible policy on changing your reservation.  As long as you contact us by phone during our hours of operation and speak with a live agent we will reschedule your trip with us at the resort you booked any time up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date for $20.00. If you don’t give us at least 72 hours notice prior to the date of arrival our normal cancellation policy will apply.

What happens if I don't show up for the Resort Preview?
This is really important! If you do not attend the Resort Preview, you will be required to pay a fee of a minimum of $150 and possibly the difference between what you paid for your vacation and the retail value of your vacation. Please don't make this mistake. In the event that you do not attend the ENTIRE 90-120 minute sales presentation, for any reason whatsoever, or you were not truthful about meeting all the qualifications that you agreed to at the time of booking your reservation, you will incur additional charges upon your checkout from the resort. You are hereby agreeing to give Reserve Vacations.com your understood and uncontestable approval to charge your credit card additional charges for failing to meet our Terms and Conditions. In the event that you are not qualified according to the Terms and Conditions of this promotion OR if you fail to attend the entire 90-120 minute sales presentation, your credit card will be charged an amount based upon recouping the cost of the room nights at regular retail rates plus the cost of any and all gifts, premiums or promotional items given to you.
