Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 38, The Atlantic City Expressway (Atlantic City). Follow the Expressway until the very end, it becomes N Missouri Avenue. Take I-95 North to the I-76 E exit (exit number 19 - Walt Whitman Bridge/Packer Ave. From the Walt Whitman Bridge to Route 42 South. Route 42 South to The Atlantic City Expressway.
